Ring electric heating cables EHC-R
These electric heating cables are designed for outer heating of moulding machine and extruder nozzles.
Electric heater consists of a heating element and a case. Electric heater has a one-piece structure.
Heating element is made of 2mm diameter KNMSNH-N cable, H20Ni80 nichrome cable conductor, 12Cr18Ni10T steel sheath.
Case is made of 12Cr18Ni10T steel.
For AC or DC main connection electric heaters are equipped on default with current-carrying wires 250 mm long, made of PRKA wire in high-temperature insulation (up to 180°С). Lead length can be increased. On customer's request electric heater can be equipped with M5 threaded contact bar. At the time of order this request should be specified as version 2
Operating and outer surface temperature of electric heater does not exceed 600°С – in running condition under heat removal with natural air convection.
