01.24 тип ТППТ, ТПРТ

Thermocouples 01.23, 01.24 are designed for temperature measurement in high-temperature gaseous non-corrosive media, and also in corrosive media that do not damage thermowell material. These modifications are similar to 01.21 in design, but they have additional mounting elements: flange for 01.23 and threaded fitting for 01.24.
Thermocouple 01.24А are designed for hydrogen, carbonic oxide, water vapour, and higher hydrocarbon temperature measurement. Thermocouple 01.24 is leak-tight in application. Thermocouple design provides nitrogen boost into inner thermocouple cavity.
Ceramic thermowell is partially armoured with assembly steel tube. Heat-resistant steel AISI310 tube is used in the area adjacent to thermowell ceramic part, steel 12Cr18Ni10T tube is used in other parts.
Stop ring 36 mm diameter and movable fitting with М39х2 thread are used for thermocouple mounting at site.

  • 1 - 2 for TCS and TCR
  • 2 - 3 for TCS and TCR

Thermowell material:

  • C795    – aluminium-oxide ceramics, Al2O3 content is not less than 95%;
  • C799    – aluminium-oxide ceramics, Al2O3 content is not less than 99.5%;
  • CК90    – silicon carbide (SiC content is 88¸92%).
  • Note: to prevent ceramic thermowell destruction due to high temperature gradient when thermowell is immersed in working medium, thermocouple heating rate should not exceed 150°С/min.
