02.08 sensors are designed for short-time melt temperature measurement in electrolyte pot.
Cable temperature-sensing element with diameter 2 or 3 mm (cable sheath material - steel AISI 310) is located outside of protective tube. Extension length should be agreed with the Customer.
Immersion part length is not more than 250 mm.
Mounting sections can be manufactured according to the Customer's drawings.
New thermocouple design - CTx 02.15 modification - developed in cooperation with specialists of OAO RUSAL Sayanogorsk is recommended for electrolyte pots.
The benefit of 02.15 modification is short thermal reaction time and, subsequently, faster melt parameter measurement and longer thermocouple useful life.
In 02.15 modification cable temperature-sensing element with 1.5 mm diameter is located outside of protective tube. Extension length should be agreed with the Customer.
Immersion part length is not more than 120 mm.
Mounting sections can be manufactured according to the Customer's drawings.
02.15 thermocouple design is covered by utility model patents NN 66040, 133923.
