Multipoint assemblies, modification 03.06 are designed for temperature measurement along axis of heat treatment furnace.
03.05 modification structure for multipoint measurement is an assembly of 02.01 modification thermocouples. Number of measurement points (from 3 to 10) equals to number of thermocouples in an assembly. Compensating wire length equals to 1000 mm or should be specified at the time of order. 03.06 modification multipoint assembly is designed for installation inside special thermowells of process equipment. Thermocouple edges should be pressed up to thermowell walls or spaced inside thermowell by spring properties of a ring formed near hot junction. The assembly is designed for 60 mm thermowell inner diameter (analogous to THK 2988), and is mounted on common header flange (flange without mounting holes).
Sensors can be of explosion protection type 0ExiaIICT6 X according to GOST 30852.10-2002. For further details see "Alternative designs & Ordering information" below.
